Pre-Christmas workshop – Saturday 10 December
Join our friend and wonderful Iyengar Yoga teacher, Elaine Spraggett, for a pre-Christmas workshop that will prepare you for the challenges of the holiday season!

Free classes for people aged 65 and over
Are you aged 65 or over and want to improve your flexibility, balance and strength?
Thanks to funding from Warwick District Council we are offering 6 FREE yoga classes:

Funding news
Our recent bid for funding to help older people gain the benefits of yoga has been granted! The money will be used to buy additional yoga props which will help improve posture, strength, balance and stability for those in the over 65 age group. A six week course will begin in November. Thank you Warwick District Council!
Funding for free classes!
We are delighted to have received funding from Iyengar Yoga UK’s Development Fund to put on free yoga classes. The funding will pay for a teacher to run a six week course starting in November run in association with Brunswick Health Hub. Look out for more information coming soon.
