We’re delighted that Lauren Collins will be teaching classes at our studio. Lauren qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher under Jayne Orton’s mentorship in October 2023 and teaches classes in Birmingham city centre, Coventry and now Leamington Spa! Book her classes on the Classes & Booking page.

We’re so excited to share a short film made by local communications agency Chilli Mint. They made it free of charge to help promote us as a local non-profit organization. Thank you to all the volunteers but especially to those who gave such wonderful testimonials.

Postcode Local Trust has given us £1,400 to fund our Over 65s Falls Prevention class! It’s wonderful to know that we will be able to continue our free of charge classes well into next year!  Classes focus on posture, balance and strength. The class is increasing in popularity so please book your place if you want to come along.
Postcode Local Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

We’ll be selling a wide range of goods to raise money to create a socialising space for students and community groups to enjoy. We need to raise a total of £5,000. We are delighted that we received funding from Warwickshire County Council for our increasingly popular Over 65s class. This means that these classes will continue to be free of charge until the end of July. This class focuses on posture, strength and stability to prevent falls which can trigger a variety of longer term health problems. Thank you Warwickshire County Council, your funding is very much appreciated.

We are delighted and grateful to have been awarded £1,200 towards creating a welcoming socialising space for our students and local community groups. This will help us greatly towards our £5,000 target. Thank you to the team at ASDA Foundation!
