Join Candy, our newest teacher, on the mat at 10-11.30am on Thursday mornings. This is a Mixed Ability class including beginners. Book in advance on our Bookings page. Classes are held in our fully-equipped studio in Clemens Street, Leamington Spa.

We’re very excited that Candy Seifas is joining our team. Candy trained to teach with Jayne Orton and graduated as a Level 1 teacher in 2023. Candy will teach our Saturday morning class. Welcome aboard, Candy!

We’re delighted that Lauren Collins will be teaching classes at our studio. Lauren qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher under Jayne Orton’s mentorship in October 2023 and teaches classes in Birmingham city centre, Coventry and now Leamington Spa! Book her classes on the Classes & Booking page.

It’s taken many months but the transformation of our back room to a cosy meeting space is complete!

Thanks to funding from ASDA, The Dulverton Trust and donations from our students we have a space perfect for workshops, meetings and get-togethers. Located in the centre of Leamington Spa our Harmony Hub offers a calm atmosphere for creativity and collaboration. With room for around 8 people it’s ideal space for intimate gatherings where ideas flow freely and connections flourish.

Postcode Local Trust has given us £1,400 to fund our Over 65s Falls Prevention class! It’s wonderful to know that we will be able to continue our free of charge classes well into next year!  Classes focus on posture, balance and strength. The class is increasing in popularity so please book your place if you want to come along.
Postcode Local Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
