Get More from Your Yoga Practice

Students who attend two classes or more each week often experience improvements in flexibility, strength, balance and confidence much sooner than those practising once a week. Regular practice helps you build skills more quickly, deepen your understanding, and gain the full benefits of Iyengar Yoga.

We also encourage you to experience classes with different teachers. Each brings their own insights and teaching style, helping to enrich your learning while maintaining the same high standards of Iyengar Yoga.

Our Classes

It’s never too late to begin your Iyengar yoga journey, this class will introduce Level 1 poses. People who have done more yoga but have not yet tried Iyengar Yoga will also benefit.
For those who have attended Iyengar Yoga classes regularly for over 1 year or by permission of the teacher. Students will be expected to do Sarvangasana (shoulder stands) unaided.
A more advanced class for students who have done at least two years’ study of Iyengar yoga. Students must be able to hold Sirsasana (head balance) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) without help.
A great way to end a busy week for experienced students with 2+ years’ Iyengar Yoga experience . Poses are supported with props to relax and restore the body. Though restorative, the poses can be challenging and so this class is not suitable for beginners.
Classes are designed to build strength, improve flexibility, stability and posture for long, healthy and active golden years.
This session is for those looking for challenging poses at a more vigorous pace.
A unique class for women at any stage of life. Poses and teaching are geared towards relieving the symptoms of menstruation, menopause and post menopause. Classes aim to support your physical and emotional health.
