Yoga Classes
Although yoga can be taught online ideally we prefer to see students face to face. This helps us to spot and address any specific physical requirements or adjustments and answer questions more easily. We also believe that getting together encourages a sense of community, builds friendships and helps mental health.
Thank you for taking the time to cancel your booking.
We very much appreciate it and hope you’ll be able to book another class with us soon.
